PICTURE DAY TIPS

PICTURE DAY PROCESS

PRIOR TO PICTURE DAY

Your District's Account Representative meets with each building to intently plan picture day and lock in details that suit their needs. Along with a picture day plan tailored to your schools every need, each building receives flyers, social media graphics, picture day tips, and pre-written communication to share with families. Cahill Studios strives to make picture day as stress-free as possible, for our schools and parents alike.

ON PICTURE DAY

Cahill Studios photographs all students with multiple poses. If a student is absent for picture day, they will be photographed on the school's designated retake date 4-5 weeks later. Families also have the option to come to our studio and get a photo taken if they miss both of their school's picture dates. 

AFTER PICTURE DAY

All galleries will be delivered to parents via email 2-5 business days after picture day. All orders placed within 7 days of link delivery will have the option of free shipping to the school or they can pay a shipping fee to have their order shipped directly to their home. All orders placed within that 7 days, also receive a FREE digital download in any package ordered. 

RETAKE DAY

Cahill Studios has a no-questions-asked retake policy. If a retake photo is needed, there is no need to purchase photos. Families simply fill out the retake form provided in the email communication or on our website.
