FULL SERVICE PROGRAM

QUICK & EASY, HASSLE FREE 

A yearbook coordinator from the school will be established and will work closely with Cahill Studios throughout the yearbook process. The coordinator will determine the yearbook theme, assist with all communication and be responsible for proofing and approving the book prior to printing. 

Cahill Studios will fully design the yearbook and provide an online book store with pre-written communication for the school to send to parents. 

Cover Contests can be held to encourage student involvement. Custom covers will be created for schools choosing not to do a cover contest. 

Candid pictures will be collected from teachers, support staff and the PTO. We will provide a link for easy uploading to teacher specific holders, additional folders can be added upon request for specific events that want to be highlighted in the book.

FULL CONTROL PROGRAM 

Cahill Studios will provide the school with our web-based software to create your own yearbook, with all images for your school already uploaded. Our software has a wide variety of templates and layouts to make design quick and easy. The school will have access to our yearbook design team to assist in production , answer questions and trouble shoot problems. We will also provide an online book store for the school to use and all marketing materials (if needed).

THINGS TO KNOW

BRIEF TIMELINE 

OCTOBER - Yearbook details are confirmed (number of pages, estimated number of books, themes, cover contest, book sale pricing, etc...)

NOVEMBER - Yearbook production begins

MAY - Yearbooks are typically delivered mid-late May, unless a specific due date is requested. 

 

Timelines are subject to change based on the needs of each individual school. Our yearbook programs are not a one-size fits all. We take pride in our ability to customize and accommodate the needs of each of our individual schools. 

ORDERING 

  • Parents are encouraged to order online, but we will provide paper order forms for cash/check orders if needed. All cash/check orders will be made directly to the school
  • Ordering can begin as early as January, with an option for doing an Early Bird Sale. 
  • Ordering typically ends at the end of March/Early April, dependent on the schools due date. 
  • Our online book store includes the option to donate a book to a family in need. This will allow families the option to buy a book to be donated to a student of the schools choosing. 
  • We highly recommend the school order additional books to sell after yearbooks have been delivered, these would be for families who did not pre-order. 

FUN FACT - Yearbooks can be used as a school fundraiser! If the school chooses our fundraising option, an additional cost will be added on to the purchase price of the book. Commission collected from yearbook sales will be made payable to the school after books are delivered. 

THEMES

We will work closely with the school's yearbook contact to create a theme of the schools choosing (if needed). Whether it be a reoccurring theme the school wants to use, a pre-made theme in our yearbook software or a new custom theme.
